NextOffice Upgrade from 9.0/ 9.1 to 9.2

Upgrade kit includes Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified and English installation kit but does not include Chinese typefaces.

Installation Procedure:

  1. First download the Upgrade Kit from here
  2. Double click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the upgrade.
  3. During the upgrade installation, you will be prompted to enter a valid serial number. Please enter your NextOffice 9.0 or 9.1 serial number.

Note: You must enter your 9.0 or 9.1 serial number to install the upgrade; otherwise your copy will become trial version.

Installation Procedure:

  1. First download the Upgrade Kit from here
  2. Double click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the upgrade.
  3. During the upgrade installation, you will be prompted to enter a valid serial number. Please enter your NextOffice 9.2 serial number.

Note: You must enter your 9.2 serial number to install the upgrade; otherwise your copy will become trial version.

NextPDF Upgrade from v1.x/ 2.x/ 3.0 to v3.1
NextPDF Form Filler Upgrade from v1.x to v1.2.2

Upgrade kit includes Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, English resources.
Form Filler supports .NET 2.0.

Installation Procedure:

  1. First download the Upgrade Kit from here
  2. Before the installation, please remove your previous version of NextPDF first.
  3. Then reboot your system.
  4. Double click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions to install the upgrade.
  5. During the upgrade installation, you will be prompted to enter a valid serial number. Please enter your old NextPDF Professional serial number.

Note: NextPDF Form Filler will not be included for individual version.

NextOffice USB Edition Upgrade from 9.0/ 9.1 to 9.2

Upgrade kit includes English, Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified resources, it also includes applications of ClamAV Anti-virus, Abakt, VLC Media Player, Filezilla, Audacity, NextStudio, SumatraPDF Viewer and 7-ZIP.
Support Windows Vista.

Installation Procedure:

  1. First download the Upgrade Kit from here.
  2. Double click on the downloaded file to execute it.
  3. After reading the instruction, press <OK>
  4. Click <Browse> to select your flash drive letter to unzip the content, e.g. "f:\"
  5. Unzip the content to your flash drive.
  6. When all files are unzipped, upgrade is completed.
  7. You may now delete the old folder "<Flash Drive>:\Program Files\NextOffice 9.0" or "<Flash Drive>:\Program Files\NextOffice 9.1" to reclaim space.
